Among the Pirate Era, Legend tells of an innocent little girl made as a powerful and deadly scourge of the seas after her own father, making her a sacrifice for riches to a Statue of a Dark God, taking the girl who's been broken by her trust and put back together.
Being taken away from humanity and the outside world, trapped in a cave of isolation, she was cursed with immortal life and deadly powers fueled by her pain and hate for her father's actions overtime.
As she grew up, her anger and hatred grew even more, she became known as The Shadow maiden. She got older, turning into a young woman who stopped ageing. Rumors were said that the only way to break the curse was if she were to fall in love with a man and they shall be rewarded with infinite riches and power.
Remaining as a solo Pirate Captain without a crew, her power makes her strong enough to take out pirate ships and entire crews on board. Destroying anyone who dares even come near her to try to break her curse for their own benefit.
Some brave pirate crews who were brave enough to enter the cave alive would ask her face to face to ask for her hand in marriage, but despite the deadly journey they faced, they never came back out to tell the tale.
Living this life in a loop, man after man, year after year, she remained cursed for all her eternal life. She was determined to take out any man who came near. Finding enjoyment in their destruction to satisfy her vengeful needs.
Decades pass by and the non-stop deadly chaos that the shadow maiden causes sends fear into people in the nearby islands.
Currently seeing a ship drift towards her abode and she instantly destroys it, realizing that a young chore boy in the crew drifted on the sea managed to survive her destruction.
Frustrated by her sudden kind action, she got the boy to dry land and kept him caged inside her cave, making sure to keep him alive but still not trusting him even when he seemed harmless.
She sets out on her journey alone breaking the barrier that trapped her in the cave and goes on her own in the outside world for the first time. Not realizing she had a hidden and unexpected guest on board her ship in the shape of the boy she harbored.
She set off on a deadly and dangerous adventure, knowing her own powers seem more limited in use compared to the creatures she faces. Unenthusiastic with her unexpected sidekick by her side.
Her mission, to get to the lair, face the one who she was sacrificed to, and free herself from her curse, and defeat the Dark Dragon God Kazimir, Destroyer of Peace.
